New York civil rights violation lawyer David Perecman comments on the anti-Semitic messages and symbols scrawled on Brooklyn buildings this past weekend.

NEW YORK, NY, January 21, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The New York Police Department Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating anti-Semitic graffiti that was painted on buildings in an Orthodox Brooklyn neighborhood, reported the New York Post (1/15/2012).

Nazi symbols, including swastikas, and the message "Die Jews" were found in multiple spots, according to the New York tabloid. Two homes, an apartment building and a yeshiva were targets of the New York hate crime vandalism.

The same area of Brooklyn has repeatedly been targeted by hate crime attacks, the New York Post said.

"To try and intimidate and scare people in New York, a city famous for its diversity, is not acceptable," said David Perecman, a New York civil rights violation lawyer with over 30 years of experience protecting victims of hate crimes and other civil rights violations.
