PHUKET, THAILAND, November 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Over four days from 3rd to 5th December 2010, the 7th International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Regional Security Summit: The Manama Dialogue will bring together the prime ministers and military officials from over 20 countries to share ideas on challenges in the region.
The summit will include representatives from Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia as well as the UK, France, the USA, Russia and China who also have roles to play in the security of the areas.
The meeting will act as a platform for members to openly discuss policies and matters of concern for the region and now in its seventh edition is quickly becoming the most important place to encourage dialogue between each of the nations.
The meeting this year will specifically look at America's involvement in security issues and what the face of security will look like in the future for Yemen.
Each country is expected to send more than 30 officials including intelligence agencies and foreign ministers which will result in higher demand for Bahrain hotels around the time of the event.
