Gulf Coast Chapter Reps on the Move at the Congressional Black Caucus ALC Conference to seek New Partnership with Congress

BEAUMONT, TX, October 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Always on the move and keeping in step with its mission statement, NuBLAC/National Action Network TX Southwest-Gulf Coast Chapter Reps are on the move. Founder, Joyce Black is determined to find out what's going on in Washington D.C., that affects your community. Relentlessly proactive, Ms. Black consistently seeks out ways to bring about a change for individuals in need, as well as pursuing advance measures to alter the circumstances of the communities their respective organizations serve.

That vehicle came last weekend when the NuBLAC organization sent their representatives (Sandra M. Hucker) and Media Liaison, Vanessa Morman to the Congressional Black Caucus' 39th Annual Legislative Conference to learn and inform. While there Ms. Hucker spoke briefly with various members of congress whose platforms mirrors NuBLAC's mission. Also, during this very informative weekend when Congress persons took on tough topics and a direction for resolution, NuBLAC's representative attended the forums and, sought out those in Congress with like agendas to those of the organizations.

Although Founder Joyce Black was tapped to speak in Terrell, Texas while also attending an event-honoring actor, comedian, recording artist Jamie Foxx, along with South Texas Media Liaison, Melanie Armstrong, she was still determined to keep herself and her team abreast of the Capitol Hill chatter and all that matters to citizens Joe and Jane.

Regarding the positive feedback from several congressional members, Black had this to share, "I'm quite pleased with the number of men and women in Congress who currently have similar agendas of which NuBLAC has undertaken, especially those that are open to a dialogue about community collaboration regarding mutual objectives. It is my hope we can work with a number of them in varying capacities," stated Joyce Black.

Black was recently appointed the Mid-West Regional Director for the National Action Network, (Reverend Al Sharpton's Civil Rights Organization). Her responsibilities include resolving problematic "Judicial and Civil Rights" cases within more than a dozen states. The Southwest-Bay City/Matagorda County Gulf Coast Chapter was recently formed by Ms. Black and is located in the Gulf Coast community of Bay City, Texas
NAN's association with NuBLAC, Inc, keeps both organizations quite busy working on resolving escalating "Civil Rights Violations" ; gaining freedom for innocently incarcerated inmates imprisoned around the nation, while also seeking to enhance the educational tools for our nations students...
