Are we a free country and if so for how long?
Everyone says they want to stay a free country, our young people fight and die for a free country, yet many are quick to give away that freedom to a very mismanaged government, or are they not listening?
/Politics News Articles/ - Adelanto, CA, May 28, 2008 - I and many others believed we were helping neighboring countries because most faith based believers hold dear the phrase "Love thy neighbor as thy self." Most faith based believers hold dear the part of our ten commandments that say, "Thou shall not kill," "Thou shall not steal," and "Thou shall not commit adultery;" Among others that our fundamental laws are based on, so if you separate the state from the faith the fundamental foundation this country was really built on we will no longer be a free country or a free democracy but in reality a dictatorship and I think we all have a right to know which it's going to be? Can we have it both ways? I don't know about you but I don't relish the idea of living under a dictatorship, yet our own country is becoming more and more just that. Why is that happening? Most non-wealthy voters in towns, cities etc. have no idea who their government representatives are, much less know anything about them. We could place blame all day long into years and still get no where. A good representative will not only make him or her self known to other leaders in their jurisdiction but to all the people there. Get involved with the people not just those with money. The separation is already there but not one diplomat for all their talk and hoopla have figured it all out. Think about what I have written and see if you can't see it.
You still can't see it? Ok here let me spell it out for you then. The state makes laws both here and abroad. When the government begins making laws and implementing things, first the discussion of how this would impact the people such as economy, inflation, etc. and which class would be hurting most by such an act. Then see if a counter weight, measure, balance or what ever else they call it can be of any use. Representatives of the areas most affected adversely by the act(s) in question then need to be brought in on this to receive their input and planning if necessary.
The planning should always include all Mayer's and counsel members of the areas that will be highly affected. Common sense dictates that if the ones adversely affected will be the low middle to poor class citizens then the areas to be involved in the planning would not include Beverly Hills California or places like that where the majority of the population is in the middle to high end of the class income of people. While it may be arguable that anything the low class does might indirectly affect the higher income bracketed people of our country it had been deemed already as not of an immediate concern and therefore they should remain silent unless specifically asked to participate. These plans should ultimately include small business operations (perhaps the need for more to put more people to work as quickly as possible), incentive programs to involve local churches and organizations to assist in the fixing or preparations of the problem. Actions the government can also take to assist those who will be most affected in the problems at hand as well.
This is called proper delegation and planning which I haven't seen any of the likes here in California in any way since I have been here and I grew up here. No matter where I lived or worked I have yet to see or hear of any representatives making visits, inspections, etc. Not even to communicate with the people unless it's a specific meeting for a specific thing located at a specific location each and every time. Half of those times they send someone else to represent them, or something bad has already happened and they make an appearance to look good on cameras.
For all of our talk in the government and everywhere else about preventions and preventative measures not one thing has been actually accomplished over the last several decades to prevent anything. We prolong things, put things off, lie to ourselves and everyone around us by saying it isn't going to happen or we don't need to concern ourselves with this right now because its years down the road. We were warned about Global warming back in the late seventies and if measures were taken then some what, twenty something years ago? We wouldn't be where we are today! Reports weren't taken seriously and now we are faced with a crises that need not be had someone in the government had foresight enough to see all of the possibilities, pros (if any) and cons (if any), and push this as fact before the government. It is the government's responsibility to see to the care and well being of its people that is why good planning is essential.
This government's mismanagement started long before President Bush Jr. took office but still no one listens. We don't need more lawyers in office running our country; we need a good leader, management planner and strategist. I have yet to see one, even now. While I respect Hillary Clinton as a woman she is a lawyer first and foremost not a good strategist or planner, the many problems in her life in the past are testimonials to this fact. While I respect my own party's choice Mr. McCain, his obvious lawyer like tendencies are certainly not what we need right now, (nor ever in my opinion), Mr. Obama is in fact intriguing but does he have the ability not just to lead but to properly manage this badly mismanaged government create working strategies beneficial to all of America's people? And then there is Mr. Barr who we know even less about really, just officially installed into the Independent Party I believe. And these are our only choices thus far and perhaps period. God help us all.
